5.4 Charterer Obligations The Charterer and their guests agree to comply with the instructions of the Captain and crew, adhere to all safety regulations, and treat the yacht and its crew with respect and care. The Charterer is responsible for the conduct of their entire party.

6. Obligations of the Parties 6.1 General User Obligations All Users of the Site and Service agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. Users must provide only truthful and accurate information and must act in good faith in all interactions with Yachting Icon Cyprus.

7. Cancellation of Bookings All cancellations must be made in writing. The terms and financial consequences of a cancellation by the Charterer are determined exclusively by the cancellation policy detailed in the signed Charter Agreement. Due to the nature of yacht bookings, these policies are typically strict. Should Yachting Icon Cyprus be forced to cancel a charter, the Charterer will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made, as governed by the Charter Agreement.

Our liability in connection with any charter or other service shall be governed by the terms set forth in the specific agreement for that service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the website will be limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Force Majeure Yachting Icon Cyprus shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: severe weather events, acts of God, war, government actions, pandemics, or other events that make the performance of the charter impossible or unsafe. The consequences of a Force Majeure event will be governed by the terms of the specific Charter Agreement.

Therefore, your right to cancel and receive a refund for a charter is governed exclusively and strictly by the cancellation terms detailed in your signed Charter Agreement, which supersedes any statutory cooling-off period.

You agree that any content you contribute will be lawful and will not infringe on any person’s legal rights.
