Booking

You can make a booking through our website yachtingicon.cy or send a booking request via WhatsApp / email and we will send you an invoice and a payment link.

 

After the reservation is made, we will send you the following documents from the charter company: a contract, base info and a crew list. Please note that these documents are issued by the charter company, so it may take some time to receive them.

We receive the documents from the charter company. Usually they send them within 1 day after the booking is paid. Sometimes, especially on weekends or holidays, it may take longer. Don't worry, we do our best to get the documents and send them to you as soon as possible. We will send the documents to your e-mail address.

Usually the charter company will take up to 50% of the charter cost for a canceled charter if you do it later than 3 months before the charter.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, please carefully read the terms and conditions in your contract and our legal notice - https://yachtingicon.cy/terms-and-conditions/ and notify me of your decision as early as possible.

Your check-in and check-out time are stated in your Booking Confirmation. Please have a look.

Some charter companies have the ability to change check-in or check-out time. Please inform us if you wish to make changes to your check-in or check-out times, keeping in mind that there may be additional charges for early or late adjustments.

Kindly complete the crew list no later than 2 weeks before your charter starts.

Certainly, it's doable. If you've completed your crew list using the online form, you can make changes there. However, if you've used a PDF/Word/Excel document, please share the updated crew list details with us. It's worth noting that in exceptional situations, charter companies might impose additional fees for alterations to the crew list.

Payment

You can make a secure payment through a link or use our bank details for a bank transfer.

Certainly, we offer two payment choices:
1. 100% upfront
2. Or, secure your booking with 50% now and the remaining 50% 45 days before your charter, as long as there are more than 45 days left until your charter start date.

Sure! We will prepare a link for online payment by card, it is suitable for both credit and debit cards. We do not charge additional fees, but some banks do. So we recommend you to clarify this information on the side of your banking provider.

If you pay via a link
1. A link can be overdue. Please contact us, and we will generate a new link for you.
2. When paying a link, the screen froze, and your money was not debited, the link is no longer valid. Please contact us, and we will generate a new link for you.
3. When paying a link, the screen froze, and your money was debited. Please contact us, so we could check the payment and assist you.
4. When paying a link, you get a "declined" error. Most likely this issue can be solved by your bank, please try to contact them.

If you pay via a bank transfer
You paid some time ago, but Yachting Icon Cyprus still hasn't seen the payment. Don't worry, sometimes it takes a few days for a bank transfer. The best strategy here is to wait. As soon as we receive the transfer, we will notify you.

Payment by bank transfer is only accepted in euros. If you'd like to pay with a credit card of another currency, please let us know. We will prepare a customized payment link for you. This method has some restrictions on the list of accepted currencies. 
Payment for additional services paid at the base can take place both in euros and in other currencies upon agreement with the charter company.

Of course, we're flexible. Just let your manager know the details.

Our primary document is the Booking Confirmation, where you'll find all the charter details, including dates and costs. If you require a specific document for your accounting department, please let us know and we'll do our best to assist you.

Travel insurance isn't part of the payment package, but if you require insurance coverage, let us know. We will guide you through this process.

At Yachting Icon Cyprus, we're here to help without charging any service fees. When it comes to changes in your booking, the fees will depend on the specific modifications you'd like to make. If you're switching to higher-season dates or opting for a larger boat, you might need to cover the additional costs. We'll always keep you informed and work with you to find the best solution.

Before Charter

Is a yacht concierge service. We offer a high level of expertise of our managers at your service: give us the dates of your future trip, the desired region and the number of people and we will send you a personal selection of available yachts that best match your request.
We not only offer you yachts from all over the Cyprus, but also take care of all your charter needs. We are here to help you order food on board, clarify any questions with the charter company and make sure that everything is in order until you check out the yacht.

Our services come at no cost to you. We do not charge any commissions or extra fees to our customers.

The prices are set by the charter companies, and we don't add any extra charges.

* Bank transfer: If you prefer, you can make the payment through a bank transfer.

We're happy to help arrange for a chef and/or hostess onboard for your trip. Please let us know your preferences in advance, so we can select a yacht with the appropriate number of berths to accommodate them comfortably.
